If you would prefer the writing to be on the front or have any other special instructions, please indicate in the provided field. Otherwise, all text will be added to the back of the ornament.
Refunds/Exchanges/Cancelations
Custom products may take up to 3 weeks to make depending on the season and how close to a holiday you order, plus shipping time. I will do my best to get products done and in the mail within 1-2 weeks but have no control on how long shipping takes if it is peak holiday season.
